About
"I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience their own healing and transformation and my hope is to cultivate the connection and environment with my clients to do so."

Why I became a therapist
Hi! I’m Connie and I was inspired to become a therapist because of the freedom and power that come when we show up and speak the truth in the face of life’s challenges. Others’ stories and life experiences have always fascinated and inspired me. I knew I wanted to make an impact to pursue a path that allowed me to connect with and help others in a meaningful way, supporting them to reach their full potential. Therapy found its place in my life as a young adult when I came face to face with some personal challenges and I wanted to make significant changes. I had a therapist and community in my corner casting a vision for a bigger life than the small box I was keeping myself in. I have experienced firsthand and believe that we can do more than we think in the context of our relationships to others and how we impact one another. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience their own healing and transformation and my hope is to cultivate the connection and environment with my clients to do so.

Who I work with
I work with adults of all ages who are experiencing challenges related to anxiety, stress, managing life transitions, relationships, disordered eating, family of origin and attachment issues. I especially enjoy supporting others who are seeking to create work-life balance and navigating issues of self-worth. My approach is collaborative and honors each client’s capacity to take personal responsibility for their own satisfaction.

"I hold a safe, non-judgmental space for you to feel seen and heard as you connect with yourself and process your experiences."
Working With Me
As a guide and partner, I hold a safe, non-judgmental space for you to feel seen and heard as you connect with yourself and process your experiences. I join you on your journey of learning and growth, supporting an environment of belonging, security, affirmation, authenticity, courage and compassion. I believe each client is the expert of their own lives and has the innate capacity and strength to create the life they want. I use an integrative approach that is influenced by various practices and principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, Developmental Theory, Existential Philosophy and Mindfulness.
