Why I became a therapist

I became a therapist because I enjoyed being able to help people and listen to their stories. I have a deep passion for guiding people towards positive growth and change. I have a passion for breaking down barriers, stigmas, and narratives surrounding mental health and want to be a person that people can feel that they are being listened to.

Who I work with

I work with Adults, Young Adults, and Older Adults struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Life Stressors, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem, Stress Management, Health Issues, Trauma, and Grief.

“No matter where you are on your journey, I’d be grateful for the opportunity to walk with you and work towards building the life you envision.”

Working With Me

I am a strong believer that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and that every individual will face their own set of unique challenges. I custom-tailor my approach and create individualized treatment plans to meet the distinctive needs of my clients. My theoretical background mainly stems from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic, and mindfulness practices; however, I remain flexible and will always tailor evidence based treatment to the individual needs of my clients. My clients will work toward gaining the confidence and skills they need to accomplish their goals, whatever they may be. I pride myself on building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients and creating a safe, empathetic, judgment-free, and compassionate environment in which they can feel comfortable and thrive in. No matter where you are on your journey, I’d be grateful for the opportunity to walk with you and work towards building the life you envision.
