About
"I’m here to provide feedback and offer tools for the challenges that you’re working through."

Why I became a therapist
I became a relationship therapist because in life we are surrounded by relationships - relationships with family, friends, co-workers, community members, and the world around us. It is nearly impossible to go through a therapy session and not talk about our relationships (including with the therapist), so let’s address them directly!

Who I work with
I work with relationship systems and individuals. I am LGBTQ+ affirming. My areas of specialty include couples therapy for communication, discernment counseling for couples, sexual trauma work for individuals or for relationship systems in which one or more persons has experienced sexual trauma, and women’s issues or gender discrimination experiences.
