“Walking side by side with my clients in their life journey is one of the most rewarding and healing experiences!”

Why I became a therapist

I believe that the greatest gift we have as humans is the ability to connect with ourselves and others. We all come from different walks of life that impact the way we see and move through the world. The therapeutic process has the ability to transform us through welcoming and accepting life’s adversities. Life brings challenges to us all and I firmly believe that each individual has the capacity to access what they need to achieve their goals and desired state of being. I am certain that my ability to provide a warm, comforting, and compassionate space will grant my client’s the support they need. Through my own experiences and relationships, I have learned that my desire to connect with others and myself has driven me to live my most fulfilled life. I have always had an empathy for others feelings and experiences that has motivated me to create deeper relationships. The process of therapy gave me permission to acknowledge and accept the vastness of my emotions, reactions, desires, and goals. I believe that walking side by side with my clients in their life journey is one of the most rewarding and healing experiences!

Who I work with

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I have experience in working with young families, new mothers and children navigating life transitions and changes. Additionally, I am interested in supporting individuals and couples that are facing anxiety, depression, self esteem, and relationship challenges. I believe that the most healing path to growth consists of acknowledging and working with the various backgrounds and identities that each individual holds. I am here to support you in understanding your perception of self through a trauma informed lens.
