About

Riana Voigt

“I am dedicated to ensuring that my clients feel seen and validated, acknowledging the significance of your experiences and emotions. I deeply value the uniqueness of each individual's journey.”

Why I became a therapist

I became a therapist because I am passionate in the belief that everyone deserves to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. I have realized though that for many of us, there are limited safe and supportive environments to freely navigate the complexities of our emotions, fears and aspirations as well as our overall well-being. I believe therapy provides that space and I want my clients to feel and know that they can show up fully and without judgment in our work together. I believe fully in the therapeutic relationship and as a therapist I hope to enable healing, help create clarity, and support you in reaching your goals both personally and within your relationships.

Who I work with

My specific areas of interest include working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and difficulties with self-esteem. I particularly enjoy working with adolescents and young adults around issues pertaining to identity development and navigating relationships. The adolescent and young adulthood years are pivotal to a person's development and my goal is to act as a supportive presence for young people as they move through what is often a confusing and challenging world. Areas we might tackle together in our work include anxiety around life path, school and career choices, and relationships.

“I approach therapy with empathy and compassion recognizing that each person's journey is unique and deserving of respect.”
