Why I became a therapist

Hey there! I chose to become a therapist because I'm passionate about walking alongside people on their journey. My focus is on supporting and helping others discover their inner power. Witnessing an individual regain control over their lives is incredibly rewarding. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel safe and truly heard and that’s where I come in - to create a comfortable zone where you can just be you, without judgment.

Who I work with

I collaborate with individuals either continuing or initiating their therapeutic journey. My experience spans working with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, complex trauma and trauma. My work also extends to individuals of diverse nationalities addressing a range of topics such as immigration and acculturation as well. I have also worked with individuals facing the complexities of life transitions, relationship issues, attachment issues, self identity, helping them overcome obstacles hindering the achievement of their self defined goals.
